Design and Construction of 16 Dwellings -Little Dunmow,Essex

This tender is for the Design and Construction of 16Nr dwellings together with the associated demolition of the existing bungalows, external works, new drainage installation / connections, communal bin store and external services.

The new dwellings consist of a mixture of houses (both two storey and "one and half storey"), together with two blocks of maisonettes.

The site is currently owned by the Client, with access direct off The Street, Little Dunmow with there an existing hard surface providing the current access to the site.

The deadline for expressions of interest was the 31st July 2019 however the Tender deadline of 13th September 2019 was used in this notice implying Expressions of Interest could be received until that time. This amendment gives notice that no Expressions of Interest will be accepted after 17:00 Thursday 15th August 2019.

Because of the nature of the build Tenderers then have until the 13th September to return their completed Tenders.
