The requirement is for an unlimited number of VOA users to access the database to view, analyse, cross reference and download for various VOA business purposes including Casework, Tribunals, CCA, Maintenance, SDLT Matching, Validating FOR's, Market Knowledge and Revaluation Market Research / Evidence\. Contract is a 5 x year multi-year agreement, based on a minimum commitment of 2 x years, with 3 x further annual 12 x month optional extensions\.
