## Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council \(BwDBC\) is seeking to appoint a Design Team to: \(i\) develop and deliver the project to redevelop and refurbish the Blakey Moor Terrace \( Nos\. 11-27\), in the centre of Blackburn \(ii\) with an option to support development of refurbishment and restoration schemes as required for private properties eligible for grant funding\.
