## Description

Following a fire door survey at Rivers House, Bridgwater we are looking for a specialist fire door contractor to replace two fire doors and carry out remedials on a number of other doors\. The remedials include repair / replacement of hinges, intumescent strips, beading, locksets and replacement signage\. We recommend a site survey, where the recent findings from the report will be available to review\. Appointments can be booked Mon - Fri between 09\.00 - 16\.00\. Please note that tenders will be evaluated using the attached evaluation matrix, based on price, skills & experience and health and safety competence\.
