## Description

Unitas are looking to appoint appoint Subcontractors to carry out the works under our overall supervision\. The works are separated out into seven lots as follows; LOT 1 Asbestos Removal LOT 2 Scaffolding LOT 3 Roofing Works LOT 4 General Building LOT 5 Electrical LOT 6 Kitchens and Bathrooms LOT 7 Post Completion Cleaning Overall description of works to 39nr properties is as follows: Re-roofing, leadwork renewal, replacement soffits, fascia's, guttering, pointing repairs, installation of SFS POD weatherboard system, renewal of entrance doors and store doors, installation of low level lighting, hard-wired smoke and heat detection and mechanical extractors and renewal and topping up of loft insulation\.
