NCC1295 East Ord Groundworks & Enabling Works

Ascent Homes are looking to appoint a subcontractor(s) to carry out all Groundworks and Enabling Works at the new East Ord housing development in Berwick, Northumberland.\r \r This project has been split into the following two lots:\r Lot 1 - Enabling works including compound, roads & sewers, and S278 works.\r Lot 2 - Groundworks including all substructures and screed and gas membrane.\r \r Contractors can bid for one or both lots.\r \r Further information can be found on ProContract under reference DN720169
