## Description

Ascent Homes are looking to appoint a subcontractor\(s\) to carry out all Groundworks and Enabling Works at the new East Ord housing development in Berwick, Northumberland\.\\r \\r This project has been split into the following two lots:\\r Lot 1 - Enabling works including compound, roads & sewers, and S278 works\.\\r Lot 2 - Groundworks including all substructures and screed and gas membrane\.\\r \\r Contractors can bid for one or both lots\.\\r \\r Further information can be found on ProContract under reference DN720169
