GB-Southend: Personal Mobility Equipment Servicing & Maintenance

Description

Estuary Housing Association wishes to appoint a supplier to source, install and maintain personal mobility lifting equipment in our resident's homes, including but not limited to stairlifts, step lifts, vertical floor lifts and overhead hoists. Services required include regular maintenance checks/ servicing, repairs and occasional supply and install of equipment. The contract shall initially be for 3 years with an option by Estuary to extend for a further 2 years on a 1year plus 1 year basis to a total of 5 years. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
