Provision of managed service for asset disposal.

Description

• To move and prepare all of Leicestershire County Council (LCC) vehicles and plant for resale providing a fully managed service under Lot 6 of CCS RM6171, including : -\r o Collection of our vehicles & plant from the Croft Depot (Located in Arbor Rd Leicester, LE9)\r o Performing an appraisal and assessing the anticipated auction value\r o Work with Fleet Services at the Council, to set a reserve\r o Data cleanse the vehicle (Satellite Navigation Settings and all other data)\r o Valeting & cleaning \r o Removal of any livery or paperwork left in the vehicle\r o Ensuring our vehicles and plant are in the best condition economically for sale\r o Enter the vehicle into your sales auction\r o Remittance of funds once sold within 7 working days\r The anticipated sales that LCC will be making are:\r 2022 - 70 vehicles, 2023 - 66 vehicles, 2024 - 46 vehicles, 2025 - 45 vehicles, 2026 - 45 vehicles, in addition to some grounds maintenance equipment such as Mowers, Trailers.
