## Description

The existing Windows to the Blakeney, Cromer and Wroxham Buildings have been identified in the FECDC Condition Survey as requiring replacement to preserve the useful economic life of the building and to ensure it remains safe, warm and dry\. The existing windows are old and not fully weather-proof or operational\. Many of the windows are single glazed and replacement with double glazed units will increase the thermal efficiency of the buildings and reduce energy costs UK Government funded Stage 2 of the Further Education Capital Transformation Fund \(FECTF\) Additional information: Via In-tend Education Portal electronic tendering process Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
