Morgan Sindall will review the responses and assess capabilities for the scope required and will identify who will be invited to tender\. Scope: Contractor Design and Build for the Services building\. Covering all the trade packages including but not limited to: bulk excavation, sub and super-structure, cladding, weather sealing, fit out of the interior including all fittings\. The works require personnel to hold BPSS for the Sellafield Site at award of contract\.
