Research into understanding the changing roles of clinicians who lead

The overall aim of the research is to investigate how the roles of doctors who are established clinicians and leaders, (who could be doctors in consultant roles or GP practices and have responsibility for other doctor staff members), have changed and developed in the last decade, the factors that have influenced these changes, and the experiences of those doctors.
