Corporate Cleaning Services

Description

Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Councils are undertaking a review of their current corporate cleaning contracts. Facilities include offices, theatres, museum, crematorium, depot, public conveniences, sheltered and residential housing blocks and window cleaning. The review will consider how best to provide the services, including review of existing specifications, best packaging of requirements (Lots) - adding or removing sites or service elements; geographical mix, etc. with a view of issuing tender documents Autumn 2017. Expressions of interest are welcomed from suppliers. Please submit company contact details and summary of relevant experience (max 1 page A4) to procurement@adur-worthing.gov.uk Additional information: Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Councils are undertaking a review of their current corporate cleaning contracts: a) Town Hall, Portland House, Commerce Way Offices & Worthing Museum; b) Theatres; c) Crematorium, Public Conveniences and other satellite buildings across the councils area; d) Adur Homes: Sheltered Accommodation and Communal Way cleaning; e) window cleaning. The review will consider how best to provide the services, including review of existing specifications, best packaging of requirements (Lots) - adding or removing sites or service elements; geographical mix, etc. with a view of issuing tender documents Autumn 2017. Expressions of interest are welcomed from suppliers. Please submit company contact details and summary of relevant experience (max 1 page A4) to procurement@adur-worthing.gov.uk . The Councils reserve the right to hold market engagement meetings with a selection of suppliers. Any information shared by the Councils during such meetings will also be made available during any subsequent procurement exercise.
