Procurement of a web-based incident/ticket management system to handle support tickets A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document once suppliers have registered their interest\. Please note: the maximum budget for this work is £20,000 per annum exclusive of VAT\. The conract is to be awarded on a 1\+1\+1 basis\.
