## Description

12 months external secure storage solution required for the MCA's 350,000\+ paper files, covering FY Apr 2022-March 2023\. This also includes any yearly destruction exercises, retrieval and archiving of files and any transportation costs from the storage facilities\. For this year, because of the contract expiry this forms two parts, 1stRTP -Apr 2022-Oct 2022 -Restore UK 2ndRTP to come -Nov 2022-March 2023 -Supplier TBC as tender process currently on-going
