Extensions for PHCO contracting roles

Description

Since this contract began we have mitigated the risk in the programme around providing safe, effective and appropriate services for patient safety by introducing Clinical Governance, incident management and public health advice across both design/build and run workstreams. Prior to the resource starting, there were gaps with governance in terms of standard operating procedures and advice which was a high risk for public health and patient safety. The resource is now working closely with the workstreams to fill these gaps and ensure that safety of the public remains our top priority.
