Supply, Installation and Maintenance of new and existing Appliance Bay Doors and other doors/shutters/barriers

Description

The Authority is seeking to tender its requirements in respect of installations and maintenance of Appliance Bay Doors. This contract will seek to identify a Contractor for potential installations (not guaranteed but any replacements will be identified annually and quotations sought), but predominantly maintenance (planned preventative and reactive) of new and existing doors/shutters/barriers across the Authority's estate which is located in the counties of Devon and Somerset. The majority of the contract is concentrated on the appliance bay doors. However there are a number of 'Other' doors/barriers/shutters which also require maintenance and have been included within this contract. THIS CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED
