## Description

The Authority is seeking to tender its requirements in respect of installations and maintenance of Appliance Bay Doors\. This contract will seek to identify a Contractor for potential installations \(not guaranteed but any replacements will be identified annually and quotations sought\), but predominantly maintenance \(planned preventative and reactive\) of new and existing doors/shutters/barriers across the Authority's estate which is located in the counties of Devon and Somerset\. The majority of the contract is concentrated on the appliance bay doors\. However there are a number of 'Other' doors/barriers/shutters which also require maintenance and have been included within this contract\. THIS CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED
