National Non-Domestic (Business Rates) Losses & Income Forecasting and Income Maximisation

Description

Leicester City Council (The Council) is seeking a contractor/contractor(s): Lot 1 - to provide a solution to assist in the forecasting of outcomes on appeals submitted to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and from other potential threats to Leicester's non domestic rates tax base. To include ad hoc consultancy work as and when required; Lot 2 - to assist in identifying properties that are currently undervalued and those that have not been identified and valued.
