Newcastle City Council (''the Lead Authority'') is acting as the lead authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, in respect of the procurement of a bespoke flexible procurement solution (FPS) known as an Open Framework Agreement (the Contract) for: A) Pre-16 Placements in Department for Education (DfE) registered independent special Schools and Colleges for Children and Young People 0 - 25 years; day, weekly-boarder, termly boarder and 52-week residential placements. B) Post-16 Placements in Department for Education (DfE) registered independent special Schools and Colleges for Children and Young People 0 - 25 years; day, weekly-boarder, termly boarder and 52-week residential placements; C) Placements in Residential Children's Homes for Children and Young People aged 0 - 18 years, D) Placements in Ofsted Registered Residential Short Break Services for Children and Young People 0 - 18years
