"Purchase of SaaS solution from Docusign, that enables electronic document signing, with the potential for electronic sealing in the future. Docusign is supplied via reseller Node4. Provision of 10,000 envelopes, available to anyone across the council over a period of 24 months, without the need for a named license holder. Option to purchase more envelopes during contract period and includes training for use cases in 3 Service areas - Allocations, Housing Options and Next Step Lets."
