DWP requires participants for user research projects. We require a supplier that can identify and source a wide-ranging demographic of participants. We have a particular interest in those individuals that frequently engage and transact with DWP either online, via face-to-face interaction (at Jobcentre Plus offices or usability Labs) or via other channels.
