## Description

Homes England has been facilitating the construction of properties at the site of what was the Former Manor Kingsway Hospital, Derby\. As part of this a cycleway has been constructed to bring the public around to an extra care home development\. The landscaping of the cycleway did not provide for securing the remainder of the Homes England asset\. This fence secures the asset in that respect\.
