Call off from WYCA Specialist Professional Services DPS under Lot 5 Planning Support. Kirklees Council is seeking to appoint a consultant, under the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Planning Support (LOT5).
