Description

Thurrock Council has a housing stock of approximately 10,000 dwellings. The Council regularly consults with tenants to gain valuable feedback regarding repairs, work completed on the Transforming Homes Programme, leasehold services, general tenant satisfaction and satisfaction with the sign up process for new tenancies. This valuable feedback allows us to assess the performance of both Contractors and internal teams within the housing service. Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a single, suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider, who has experience with carrying out telephone surveys for Housing related services. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
