NOTE: This notice was updated on 08 February 2017 for the following reason: Bip inclusionBedford Borough Council is inviting potential service providers to submit a tender for the provision of a volunteer mentoring scheme to support and compliment the Early Help offer by supporting young people to make informed and positive life choices
