Strand Phase 2 Review - Design

To undertake a review of the A5052 / A5036 Strand from the junction with Leeds Street / Great Howard Street to Sefton Street / Parliament Street, a distance of approximately 1.4 miles and to prepare concept designs between James Street and Sefton Street/Parliament Street.
