## Description

The scope of the works is to secure the allotment boundary with 1,\.8m high weldmesh fence to the residential timber close board fence\. To supply & install a timber knee rail to the car park\. To create surfacing of Bodpave 85 & 40 reinforced gravel to a car park and Bodpave 40 grass reinforced surfacing to an allotment area of 47no proposed raised timber planters to create a Grassprotecta Reinforced Grass Access Track to the allotment plots\. To install 27 number 60m2, 11 number 120m2, 2 number 55m2, 115m2 & 92m2 size plots\. To Supply & Install 3no Removable Bollards & 5no Water Standing Pipes and associated water connection to a mains supply\. To supply and install tree and hedge planting and 12 months maintenance from PC\.
