Electric Cookers: Provision, Delivery and Installation of Electric Cookers and Collection and Disposal of Gas Cookers

The Council invites quotations for the provision of Electric Cookers.

Croydon Council are carrying out a scheme of major refurbishments at Dartmouth House Estate, Elmwood Road, and College Green, in Upper Norwood.

• Dartmouth House Estate The estate is made up of 2 blocks, one 3 storey (1-12), one 8 storey (13-40), and 4 bungalows (one of which is sold and therefore excluded from this contract - Bungalow number 41). Only block 13 - 40 has a lift.

• 55 - 133 College Green This is a 10 storey tower block and has a lift

As part of this project there is a requirement to replace the current Gas cookers in this location with Electric cookers.

Croydon Council Asset Management require a quote for a supplier to supply, deliver and install Electric Cookers (Including capping off of existing Gas supply) to 83 residents, collect their existing Gas cookers if required and dispose of them.
