## Description

The Council is seeking an operator to run its Stable Cafe\. The cafe is located at the heart of the Hylands Estate next to the Grade II\* listed Hylands House\. Hylands Estate attracts over 800,000 visitors a year\. Visitors come to walk, enjoy the adventure play area or attend one of its many and varied events\. The Council will be running a two stage process with negotiation\. The first stage requires the submission of a proposal document\.
