## Description

East Staffordshire Borough Council is seeking suitably qualified Applicants to bid for the provision of its Rough Sleepers Outreach Service\. The Rough Sleepers Outreach Service will work to minimise the amount of rough sleepers within the administrative area of the Council and reduce the associated harms by providing personal support\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
