Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd is seeking an experienced and competent contractor to carry out the replacement of roof coverings and facia/soffits including guttering/rainwater goods, chimney removals and the installation of party wall fire breaks to the following properties; 2,3,4 Newport Terrace, Callington, Cornwall, PL17 7BP and 5 Lynher Way, North Hill, Launceston, Cornwall, PL15 7PA. The intention is to award the work to the most economically advantageous tenderer, based on 60% Price and 40% Quality.
