## Description

• Increase practitioner and parental knowledge of the Chief Medical Officer's guidelines for 3 hours \(180 minutes\) of physical activity each day\. • Supporting settings to embed physical activity in relation to Healthy Early Years London\. • Raising awareness with parents on how they can support children to become more physically active\. • Increase practitioner confidence and skill in delivering children's Physical Literacy entitlement in the early years setting/school \(planning and assessment\)\. • Support settings to create an active friendly environment for purposeful physical play\. • Evaluate the physical activity program\. • Decrease children's sedentary behaviour by increasing children's activity levels and movement opportunities whilst attending your setting/school\.
