Process Server & Tracing Agent

Southampton City Council requires the services of a process server and tracing agent.

The chosen provider would serve such legal documents as reasonably required by the Council including without limitation: Summons and claims forms; Injunctions; Enforcement notices Statutory demands; Bankruptcy and winding up petitions; Court orders; Notices of seeking possession and demotion; Court bundles; Counsel briefs; and Restricted, sensitive and Confidential Children's and Adults' documents
