South Ribble Borough Council is inviting quotations for the supply and delivery of Project Management/Contract Administration Services (RIBA Stages 5-7) for the delivery of Jubilee Gardens an Extra Care Facility at West Paddock, Leyland. The Construction Phase (Stage 5) is currently planned to start early January 2023 dependant on the necessary approvals.
