Rykneld Homes are direct awarding a contract for their Kitchen and Bathrooms Programme via the Efficiency East Midlands Limited (EEM) Property Improvement and Decarbonisation Works Framework (EEM0056) Contract over £1m Midlands lot. The contract will commence on 01st June 2025 for 3 years with two further optional 1 year extensions taking the maximum contract term to 31st May 2030.
