## Description

Refurbishments alterations and decorations to the gymnasium building to include: - Redecorations to external cladding Localised repairs to cladding Replacement of defective rainwater goods and other exterior trim / components\. Internal redecorations Reconfigurations and full refurbishments to WC / shower / changing areas\. Formation of a fixed \(internal\) roof access provision \(ladder and hatch\) with all necessary safety installations\. M&E services works in connection with the above works\. Localised structural repairs / making good to building structure\.
