## Description

Call-off from YORconsult3 framework Project Management duties for the Royal Armouries Waterfront project, which is the development of the Tiltyard area as a new Events Centre\. These duties include the responsibility for the overall co-ordination of the Design Team and control of the Building Project \(including any enabling works or associated s\.278 works required\) on the Client's behalf through all RIBA Stages\.
