Provision of a hosted customer contact centre telephony service for Lincolnshire County Council, including implementation, ongoing support and associated digital communication services. The contract was awarded to Gamma Network Solutions Limited under the CCS Network Services 3 framework (RM6116, Lot 4b) using the Direct Award process for an initial 12-month term, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
