## Description

Upgrade of smoke detection within the flats of the sheltered scheme to comply with BS5839-6:2019\+A1:2020\. Coverage within the flats to Grade A / LD1\. Aico 3 Series linked detector heads to be installed\. Each flat will include optical smoke alarms within the Lounge/Bedroom and Hallway\. Multi-Sensor alarm to be fitted within the Kitchen\.
