CCOG23A01 Tail Spend Solution Unite RM6202 4.1 A 'tail spend' solution is required to allow CCS a compliant route to market to cover the purchase of products and services not covered by other contracts currently in place. 4.2 This solution will be a digital solution, accessible via any CCS desktop device, and will operate as a dynamic marketplace. This will allow CCS to browse a broad range of deliverables, comparing suitability and price within the solution and allowing the buyer to select the deliverable deemed most appropriate to their requirements. 4.3 The solution will contain deliverables with sustainable accreditations and provide the ability to purchase locally, where appropriate.
