## Description

Twice a year \(March/ April & July\) the University celebrates the successes of the academic year with graduation\. These are high profile congregations, which are shared by the academics, staff, students and their guests\. The university hosts graduates and their guests in receptions on campus, which are held in marquees on the University grounds\. The academic Schools also have local prize giving at these receptions\. In addition, there are other ad-hoc and planned occasions when marquees are used on campus\. Most recently, marquees were hired for the University's 50th Anniversary celebrations in 2016, and they are also hired for the HE Fair which takes place at Aston every two years\. We are now looking to put a formalised contract in place with suppliers of marquees for the next 3 - 5 years\.
