## Description

West Yorkshire Combined Authority \(WYCA\) invites applications for the provision from a neutral vendor to provide and manage specialist consultancy services to the organisation\. The agreement is likely to run for 2 years with an option to extend yearly for a further 2 years \(2\+1\+1\)\. The organisation must be able to supply this service via a current compliant framework agreement that WYCA are able to call off from\.
