## Description

The Council currently has 132 Multi-Function Devices \(MFD\) distributed across 41 buildings, supporting 3000 employees\. This tender is for the replacement of the current service with a fully managed service providing office printing, scanning and copying facilities, primarily to staff but including a public facing and guest option\.
