## Description

In order to enhance the reputation and recruitment activity, the need for a high standard of design work and excellent value for money is paramount\. The University wishes to contract with multiple suppliers over four \(4\) Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Creative concepts Lot 2 - General design and typesetting Lot 3 - Freelance design Lot 4 - Fundraising direct marketing For the agreement to be considered to be successful it should: o Deliver an improved level of service and quality to end-users with utmost flexibility during peak periods o Achieve ongoing value for money and competitive pricing throughout the duration of the agreement o Maintain the integrity of the University's brand guidelines and consistent speed and quality of output o Maintain consistent standard of service via SLAs and KPIs o Seek to generate savings and process efficiencies o Increase internal customer satisfaction
