Provision of Mitel Hardware, Software Licence, Support and Maintenance

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to procure Support and Maintenance of their existing Mitel solution including all Software Assurance from a Mitel Gold Solutions Partner. The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of one (1) year with a possible two (2) x twelve (12) months extensions. The Council reserves the right to amend the scope of the support requirement for the extension period. Further competition from YPO Network Connectivity and Telecommunication Solutions 2 - 1229 Lot 6 - Communication Services
