PAN2499 - Professional Services for Redevelopment of Pilot House

Description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Professional Services for the design development of Pilot House, from its current stage; RIBA Stage 2, to RIBA Stage 3 including a refresh of RIBA Stage 2 and a planning submission and tender. The proposed Contract will be for one years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 15 months. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
