CBC-0711-H-LP Furness Ave works - AWARD

Central Bedfordshire Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced organisations quote for works to be carried out at Sheltered Housing accommodation site Furness Avenue, Dunstable. The works comprise of two sections:

Section A of The Works will convert the existing offices at 75-76 Furness Avenue, Dunstable to 2no self-contained apartments. The works include for construction of a new party wall, layout and partition alterations, alterations to the services and installation of a new kitchen to each dwelling and wetroom to Flat 75.

Section B of The Works will refurbish two existing guest suites adjacent to 25 and 83 Furness Avenue, Dunstable and the existing site manager's office adjacent to 47 Furness Avenue, Dunstable. The works include for redecoration of internal surfaces and installation of new vinyl flooring.
