Fire Consultant Framework

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is seeking expert fire professionals to provide consultancy services on fire safetyand compliance matters. These services will be in respect of new-build residential and mixed use developments,as well as existing residential and mixed use buildings. The services will pertain to the design, construction,refurbishment, maintenance, and/or management of these developments and existing buildings. NHG wishes to establish a framework of suitable consultants, and intends to proceed with the procurement of this frameworkin early 2020. This PIN has been issued in order to give the market advance notice of the opportunity, seekexpressions of interest from suppliers that may wish to take part in the proposed procurement, and obtain viewsfrom suppliers to inform the procurement approach.
