## Description

The Council wishes to procure a Technical Adviser with the necessary expertise to make recommendations to the Accountable Body and support the review of Town Deal project business cases as well as to provide market valuations to support the drafting of heads of terms and where required their subsequent activation\. In addition to Town Deals the Accountable Body might require advice on other programmes\.
